The technicians were very friendly. I particularly appreciated the fact that their supervisor came the following day to make sure that the installation of my new unit was done right and that I was satisfied.

Covenant HVAC is hands down one of the best companies around. We had an issue with one of the new units we recently purchased. Covenant went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue. Jonathan the owner even made a trip to our home himself to try to resolve the issue. After it was determined it was a manufacturing issue, Covenant worked with the manufacturer to get us a brand new unit. Every person we have dealt with from Jonathan the owner, all of the wonderful ladies in the office (Leann I feel like you need to come over for supper one night...lol) and all of the technicians (especially Rodney "The Goat") all offer outstanding service. Their dedication to customer service and honesty is top notch.
Great service and response was quick and informative. The technicians were courteous and cleaned up the debris. Estimate was quoted and was the amount paid. I would recommend them
