After ARS Rescue Rooter came out and immediately told us we needed a whole new unit, followed by a couple-hour sales presentation and an outrageous quote, I decided to get some second opinions.
I called this company and Stuart was at my house within an hour. He actually diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and we had air again within 30 minutes! ????
Stuart was not only knowledgeable and professional, but hilarious and an absolute joy to have around. And I'm not going to lie… the fact that he was easy on the eyes definitely didn't hurt! ????????
