Our AC failed late one evening. Called the answering service and got a call back the next morning. Very helpful dispatcher scheduled a tech evaluation for the afternoon. When the tech arrived he informed me what was wrong clearly, went to his truck to get a part and in about 30 minutes AC was working fine. Tech explained the other services they offered and I signed up for annual plan. He also educated me about what filters are best. Excellent service, great attitude, prompt response. What more could you ask for?
From the installation to the mid year check ups, all has been great. Technicians very personable and professional.
I had a terrible experience with my previous HVAC company and Covenant came out over a weekend where the temperatures were high and fixed the issue that had been caused by my previous company. They notified me every step of the way both before they came and during the process. I am grateful for their professionalism.
I had to turn to Covenant again when my unit failed. It was a stressful, hot three days but Jordan, Matt, Brandon and Nick came through for me and repaired my unit in time for my vacationing company to arrive and not suffer!!! Thanks again Covenant team!!!
This was the first time I used Covenant for our heat /AC unit. Andrew was the technician and he did a great job. He was very polite and respectful of our property. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he did. I will be staying with Covenant.

This company was very helpful. Alec, the tech, gave us helpful information and advice. Their Care Plan is no brainer for anyone who wants to keep their units working efficiently. Jonathan and his crew are incredible, trustworthy people. I, highly, recommend them.
I previously wrote a negative review based on the the lack of attention to an emergency call I made the night that we had a major breaker box incident, when a 20amp breaker arced and exploded in the middle of the night.
I was, as you'd imagine, somewhat traumatized by the idea that we were one tripped breaker away from having our house burn down.
Turns out - The after hours answering service gave the order to the wrong dept and as soon as it was realized, Matt Bibb and his tech, Nolan called and offered to come immediately…since we hadn't found anyone willing to do ANYTHING except try to gouge us for "emergency" service…we agreed.
Nolan couldn't have been more adept, kind and understanding of our issue and in the end, replaced the entire breaker board and the 100 amp whole home breaker to make us safe and secure & he did it in less than a full work day.
I can't find my previous review to delete it - but please know this. I would go back to and intend to switch all my electrical and HVAC work to Covenant and they should know that they've more than earned my highest recommendation and a customer for life!!
