Our AC stopped working and we couldn't get it to start again. Someone came out less than 2 hours from when we called, which was amazing because it was a Saturday and everywhere else I called couldn't come until Tuesday because of the long weekend. It was a quick fix and since it was easy they only charged the visit/diagnostic charge. We'll absolutely call them again for whatever issues we might have in the future.
