Chad Cox was the tech for this maintenance visit. He arrived on time and was very thorough in his inspection and maintenance. Great experience!
Our AC unit wasn't working, called Covenant and they had a guy here within the hour! Josh, our technician, was great. He pinpointed the issue within minutes and had us back up in no time.
Stuart was great to work with. He not only found the issue with our furnace but identified the root cause which was an electrical spike. He repaired the furnace and put a surge protector on our furnaces to prevent this issue from ever occurring again. I was very happy with Covenant's work!
As always, superior service from all the technicians that have been here. Keep up the great work and customer service.
Great experience from the first phone call quick response time getting here and Josh was very thorough and explained everything great. I will be calling anytime I have an issue and I highly recommend y'all do too!

Josh and Chad were thorough and so kind. They came out to service our gas logs due to our pilot light not staying lit. Diagnosed the problem in 5 min. Great communication starting from booking. Have signed up for annual service!
