Highly recommend! Everyone on staff is super nice & efficient. I just moved into an older home & the tech came out and went above and beyond. He was there for my HVAC but took the time to show me how even my propane tank worked & alerted me to an exposed live wire in my yard that had nothing to do with the services he came to do. He was so nice, patient, and really helped me out a lot. Also, he potentially saved me from extensive damages & money by showing me the wire in my yard that I had no idea about.
Wonderful customer service! Arrived on time and great to work with. Knowledgeable and able to address an issue with our gas fireplace in a short time. The cost was far less expensive than several other companies that we called. We are considering signing up for their maintenance program as a result of such good service!

My furnace went out during the recent (Jan 2024) snowstorm. My friend who lives in Hendersonville recommended Covenant Heating and Cooling. My house was so cold that I called several places in hopes of getting someone to come to Green Hills and figure out what was going on with my furnace. The lady who answered the phone at Covenant was so sweet and kind that I decided to wait for them. It didn't take long and I had a new furnace. I'm so grateful to have my home warm again. Troy came out and gave me an estimate quickly and Jacob and Tyler did a great job installing and explaining about the new unit. I am so grateful to have heat again. I am the daughter of Nashville entrepreneurs and a family business like Covenant is so much better to deal with than the big name companies. I will always trust and depend on Covenant for all of my home's heating and cooling needs from here forward.

Heat stopped working and it's pouring down snow but they got one of their guys out here quickly and got the issue resolved! So kind. Professional. Fast. All the great things you'd hope for!
Covenant did an amazing job with installing my new heating/cooling unit in my business suite. I had patients coming and going and they made sure to stay out of the way as much as possible which was great. The crew cleaned up really well after they were done too. Highly recommend!
