Amongst everything going on after extreme weather events in the area, your company was still able to come to my home and service/repair our fireplace. Nolan explained everything from beginning to end and not only made sure our unit was up and running efficiently, he also explained proper use and maintenance for all future uses. Jacob our service Tech was excellent. Professional, sweet and very knowledgeable. Covenant Heating & Cooling is a great company to work with. The women in the office are fantastic. Troy came house to do a proposal. He was excellent. This company has the best employees who are all very dedicated and awesome .

I had a Goodman HVAC unit installed in my home by Covenant. After the installation I had a few questions regarding the work that had been completed. Spoke with Matt at Covenant and he sent Brandon (Team Leader) out to make it right. Brandon's work was absolutely impressive. Thanks to Brandon I am now 100% happy with the installation.
