The Covenant Team provides quality work at fair prices. Rodney was my go-to person for a number of years. After his retirement, Mac stepped in to provide good service without missing a beat.
Cannot say enough about this company. They are honest and never over charges. All the service guys that have came to my house ( Parker and Andrew ) are so nice and get right to the problem. I even have the service where they come 2 x a year to check everything out.
I called today on a Saturday and they had Andrew there within an hour and a half. I am so happy I ran across this company a few years ago because I will never have anyone else.
I was extremely pleased with my HVAC TUNEUP service. The work was scheduled and completed the same week and the technician arrived right on time. The technician, Parker, was very polite and efficient and trustworthy. Great job!!!!????
Can't say enough about Covenant HVAC. The entire group are the best in the business. We have used them numerous times for our personal home and rental homes. Hey have saved us numerous times for quick repairs through replacing entire systems. Thank you!
Yesterday at 10:30pm, I called 5 different HVAC companies that claimed to have "24/7" service, including emergency after hours, NONE had that service…except for Covenant Heating and Cooling. Parker did a tremendous job in the bitter cold for a young family without heat, and did so in a timely fashion. Covenant gives dependable, honest, and reliable service, which is more than can be said for the "big commercial HVAC companies". 5 stars!!! Would give more stars if I could!!
My technician was on time and very polite. He explained what he was doing and his findings . He's very knowledgeable .I can tell he takes pride in his job.
Great service and always very responsive, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
