This was my first experience with Covenant and I couldn't be more happy. My initial appointment had to be moved due to weather - they called me in plenty of time and re-booked for the next day. The communication the day of service was excellent, the technician was nice, professional, and did a great job. Additionally, I asked him about an issue with the duct work making a popping sound and he took time to look at it and helped remedy the problem - and this wasn't at all what the appointment was for! I glad to have found Covenant and look forward to working with them in the future.

Awesome service and reasonable cost. Highly recommend their preventative maintenance plan. I bought it when I had a repair done. Ended up needing it. Needed additional repairs due to a leak and they charged me nothing for 3 issues.

Very pleasant experience. Professionalism at every juncture. Every person I dealt with knew their stuff. Never felt the hustle, that I have felt from other A/C companies. The appointment was easy, quick and prompt. Installation was a breeze. And the follow-up has been spot on! No one dropped the ball at any part of the process.
