Wyatt is the most fun person to talk to and work with while he was servicing my AC unit. He's very knowledgeable and knows how to treat customers. I love Covenant anyway. They have the best customer service and annual plan in the area.

The first time we did business with Covanent Heating and Cooling was during a snow storm in February. We woke up to freezing temperatures and no heat as our very old furnace had gone out. Although the roads were treacherous they drove out from Hendersonville and replaced my furnace within 24 hours. The second time was last week. Our upstairs air conditioner was broken. My husband thought we might have to replace it but Mac, the technician found the problem and repaired it! I cannot say enough good things about Mac. He was personable and so knowledgeable explaining the issue as he repaired it. He was also prepared with a new part for our old unit in his truck. With the cost of things these days, broken furnaces and air conditioners can be a scary thing. I really trust this company and appreciate the quality people that genuinely nice associates that they employ. Thanks, Mac and Covenant!
