I had a serious AC issue with a rental unit.
4 different companies attempted to fix the problem and failed. Covenant came out and accessed the problem and fixed it immediately. These guys are amazing and professional and get the job done.

Alec was very friendly and thorough in his service and took plenty of time to clean our unit and show me how dirty the coils can get after just 6 months since our last service. We've also had Brandon here in the past and he was also very thorough and took plenty of time to show us everything he was doing. Covenant has been great since our first contact with them including purchase and installation of our new unit. They've always been quick to answer our calls and have always been on time for our appointments. Thank you!

The service and personnel were exceptional.
Alec come out to perform bi-annual service on my unit and when he encountered issues (which I expected), he took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot and keep me informed of each issue present. He then plainly presented me with the options he saw and tried in no way to bias me in any direction. After I inquired about a new unit, as that seemed to be the best option for me, long term, he got in touch with the office and they were quick to help me from there. From the start, he, and covenant heating and cooling, went above and beyond.
Vicky then helped me from here and made sure I would be able to have everything handled in the relatively tight window I had. She also was more than accommodating regarding following up.
Troy came out within an hour and gave my system a look and wrote up a quote. He was great and professional. He took the time to explain things to me as needed and worked with me on everything.
Bryson, Eddie, and Tyler were then out the next day to remove the old unit and install the new one. They each went above and beyond and we're exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They were happy to answer any questions and work with me as needed.
I would certainly recommend these folks for any of your heating and cooling needs. I don't remember names and I made a point to get each name to individually list them out in this review, that's how good the experience was.
Covenant is the best. Hands down. There is no comparison out there. This is a company that takes care of you and truly, truly cares. Unmatched professionalism and customer service every single time.
Covenant HVAC staff conducted business in a forthright but cordial manner. Service pricing was mentioned during the scheduling process to ensure no surprises upon job completion. Communications relating to technician's availability and projected arrival time were timely and succinct. Upon arrival, technician Nolan Bibb set about the task in a timely fashion and showed no agitation to the fact that the "home owner" exhibited a constant need to observe and discuss the actions taken. Mr. Bibb's technical expertise and knowledge led to quick issue identification and expeditious resolution. Overall, a very satisfying experience with the Covenant Team.

Jeremy arrived on the same day I had the issue with my heat, found the problem right away, and got the parts ordered.
The new blower fan and brackets arrived today and Alec did an excellent job with the installation and even makeshifted the broken hinge within the unit which saved on another part cost.
They show you potential future problems without upselling anything. Honest, professional, and reliable is how I'd summerize my experience with them.
