Covenant HVAC is hands down one of the best companies around. We had an issue with one of the new units we recently purchased. Covenant went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue. Jonathan the owner even made a trip to our home himself to try to resolve the issue. After it was determined it was a manufacturing issue, Covenant worked with the manufacturer to get us a brand new unit. Every person we have dealt with from Jonathan the owner, all of the wonderful ladies in the office (Leann I feel like you need to come over for supper one night...lol) and all of the technicians (especially Rodney "The Goat") all offer outstanding service. Their dedication to customer service and honesty is top notch.

I had a serious AC issue with a rental unit.
4 different companies attempted to fix the problem and failed. Covenant came out and accessed the problem and fixed it immediately. These guys are amazing and professional and get the job done.
I love working with LeAnn, she is a pleasure. A++ to Covenant.

Alec was very friendly and thorough in his service and took plenty of time to clean our unit and show me how dirty the coils can get after just 6 months since our last service. We've also had Brandon here in the past and he was also very thorough and took plenty of time to show us everything he was doing. Covenant has been great since our first contact with them including purchase and installation of our new unit. They've always been quick to answer our calls and have always been on time for our appointments. Thank you!
