Our heat went out during one of the coldest spells we've ever had. The technician got here two hours earlier than was expected. ( We told them we would be here all day.) He fixed the issue quickly and for a fair price.

I didn't know what to expect or who to call for installation of bathroom exhaust fans. I'm so glad we called Covenant! Nolan came to our house and was so helpful, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about what was needed for the proper installation. The price was very reasonable. It ended up taking 2 separate visits, but we didn't mind at all because they quickly called us and scheduled the appointments, and Nolan was very courteous which made it easy to have him in our home. They did great work and we will definitely be calling them for any future needs!
Covenant has been great! I'd used them before to help with issues on my old unit with which they were always immediate and on time or early with answering, returning calls and showing up. Generally they were able to help me just simply over the phone with most smaller issues. I had to finally replace my 22 year old unit a few weeks ago and decided to go with them for the replacement. As units are costly right now I decided to get 3 different quotes. One was a couple grand cheaper, one was about right at same price and ultimately I'm glad I went with Covenant. They were the only of the 3 companies to respond immediately, get the unit out a day later and have it installed, they offered financing and always answered my calls and questions. The other 2 companies never responded half the time and some companies I tried never even responded or never followed up. I have to say the customer service of Covenant is top notch and refreshing. The work they did was incredibly well done and everything looks professional and operates correctly! They also offer affordable maintenance care and great warranties. Thank you guys!
