Alec is super smart. Best I've delt with in a long time. Figured out what was wrong with the gas log fire place. Really appreciated his honesty. That made me sign up for their $99 heating and air service for my outside unit too. Way better customer service that Nashville hearth and grill! You will be glad to use this company.

Covenant has done a fantastic job for me. Matt did an excellent job consulting me on the status of my HVAC units and Alec was timely, knowledgeable, and honest. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need and have been the definition of professional. Would recommend.
I filled out a service request for our gas fireplace on Covenant's website and received a phone call within an hour. They sent a technician (Alec) right away. He was prompt, polite, friendly, and quite competent. The repair was made quickly. Alec then asked if we'd like him to check our heating & cooling system while he was here. We were so impressed we decided to enter a regular maintenance agreement with them.
