Connor Bigg is AWESOME! Can't say enough good about his work! This young man stands head and shoulders above the rest! Covenant folk are the Best!
Michael arrived at my home yesterday and did outstanding work, repairing my A/C, diagnosing all the A/C issues, repairing them, cleaning all the filters that were causing my system to overheat and even diagnosing plumbing issues that I needed to get repaired. My inside temperature was 90 degrees when he arrived and shortly after he completed his work my home was a cool, comfortable 68 degrees. What a relief!
He was completely professional, thorough, and technically proficient in his job. He explained everything to me in language I could understand. I will definitely call Covenant if I have any other A/C problems in the future.
This is the second time I'm using Covenant Heating and Cooling. Very professional company. Mike did an awesome job. I am very satisfied. 10/10.
Used to work with Covenant on a daily basis via a property management job, but continue to use them on my personal home. No issues or lapses in service or communication EVER - they are always working to provide a high level service, and it shows. This morning I had a routine maintenance check up, and the technician (Michael) spent almost 2 hours going over some specific potential underlying issues, along with answering several questions. He apologized for taking so long, but I was instead extremely grateful that he was passionate enough to not just give a quick glance over and take my word that everything was working fine. He checked every in and out on the system, presented the situations and how it could cause issues over time, and provided itemized quotes for the specifics discussed. It's refreshing to work with someone who consistently goes above and beyond, very highly recommend.
I've used Covenant last year and they were wonderful. This summer I had an issue and Alec came out less than 24 hours after I called. He was so polite and so professional and only charged me the service call fee. Two weeks later I had a different issue. I called their 24 hour answering service. One minute later Alec called me back, he was on his way!! Mind you it's Saturday night and 9:20pm!! He came, fixed the problem, and didn't charge me ANYTHING since I'd had a call within the last 30 days!!
PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and call Covenant for all your HVAC issues!!
Michael was through. He cleaned everything and made sure the temp on our unit was normal before completing his work.
He is professional and courteous. He is a great asset to Covenant Heating and Cooling!
