My first experience with Covenant Heating and Cooling. I picked this company because of the great reviews and much searching on the internet and reading what they have to say on the website. Maintenance was scheduled for a time slot of 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Alec Brown pulled into my driveway at 8:01 am. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything and in just a few minutes he was finished. What a pleasure to deal with a company with their attitude about how to run a business and treat people the way they would want to be treated. Looking forward to a long relationship.
We have used Covenant Heating and Cooling multiple times throughout the past 2 years. They are on time, talk you through their process and steps needed to repair your heating and cooling. We have appreciated their quality work, advice, and professionalism that comes with each visit!
