I had to have 2 HVAC units replaced n it was a pleasant experience working with Covenant HVAC company...the tech Stuart found initial problem with a bad rusted out burner box which can cause carbon monoxide poisoning n possibly a fire...he took pictures explaining thoroughly the need of replacing but long run with units 13 yrs old n numerous repairs on both..we chose to go with new units..the second step was Nathan who came out n qave estimates on several units..then the installation team...Bryson..Victor..Kenneth...Caydon..did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB installing n were punctional..professional..n very respectful of protecting my flooring n carpet to the point that you would never know they had to take out furnace in attic n install new one...outside units area was no mess...after installation Stuart came back n reck everything n city code inspector checked n everything passed...we went with Temp Star units that are made by Carrier n can feel a BIG DIFFERENCE IN BOTH OUR AC N HEATING....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company as a very thoughtful..thorough..n above all...a HONEST company

Kris came to do our fall maintenance check. He was kind, respectful, and communicative. Made me aware of potential issues, but did not try to force anything on us.

We've used Covenant twice now and have been very pleased both times. Technicians are timely, knowledgeable, and truly interested in helping the customer. Kris was our technician today and he got us up and running in no time! We'll continue to use Covenant for our HVAC needs.

Kris, the service engineer, was prompt, respectful of our home and time, excellent communicator about findings with repair options and quote of price. He even changed a light bulb that was out in our attic.
We would definitely recommend using Covenant! A bonus would be to get Kris!

We had an excellent experience with Covenant Heating and Cooling. Nathan came out to assess our needs and we scheduled work very quickly. Kenneth and Blake came out to do the work and were very professional and hard-working. We felt they did an excellent job and highly recommend them for your HVAC job.

After ARS Rescue Rooter came out and immediately told us we needed a whole new unit, followed by a couple-hour sales presentation and an outrageous quote, I decided to get some second opinions.

I called this company and Stuart was at my house within an hour. He actually diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and we had air again within 30 minutes! ????

Stuart was not only knowledgeable and professional, but hilarious and an absolute joy to have around. And I'm not going to lie… the fact that he was easy on the eyes definitely didn't hurt! ????????

He turned a stressful night completely around. I will absolutely use this company for all my HVAC needs from now on. Highly recommend!
