Parker showed up on time to service our AC systems. I thought he was the insect control guy because he was carrying a sprayer and gallon container in his hands. We never had a service guy looking like that before. He said he was here to get started on the AC systems. He finished cleaning the inside coil and headed outside then I saw the back pack on his back and I said "you look like your with Ghost Busters". He then finished up outside and reported both systems are OK with the exception of a slightly weak capacitor. We will continue to use Covenant Heating and Cooling for our AC systems. Thanks Parker.
Very nice Tech. I think this was 1st time any Tech use hose pipe to clean unit. I liked that. Was always told I need to wash it

My AC was not working during a heat wave. They were able to come out quickly and resolved the issue almost immediately. The pricing is very fair. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our Air Conditioner started not cooling overnight Saturday. Sunday I called Covenant who added us to the list for repairs.
Parker showed up and determined very quickly I had a Freon leak somewhere. He took his leak detector and searched the entire unit until he found the leak! Once the leak was found it didn't take long to fix. During the search for the leak and the repair we had a pretty fast moving Thunderstorm and strong rain rolled in. Parker just got out an umbrella and continued to work until the job as complete and we had nice cold air once again!
