Joshua came out yesterday to trouble-shoot an issue with an HVAC unit. He was very thorough and was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. What I appreciated was his friendliness, professionalism, and ability to help us understand the issue and how he resolved it. He is a good communicator and great technician. Thankfully, the unit was still under warranty....
Josh was great and very efficient and helpful and was great at answering all of my questions.
Had a question about the heat pump running for long periods of time. The technician quickly analyzed and resolved the issue while explaining what he was doing to correct it. Great respectful and timely service. Happy to give a 5 star review. Thank you
