I have been using Covenant for years to service my HVAC. I always have a great technician and like this company very much!
Everybody at this organization who has assisted me - from the office personnel to Andrew who serviced our HVAC today - have been incredibly kind and professional. I switched to them as I was dissatisfied with the previous company I was using, and I am so happy that I switched!

Mac was a very detailed and friendly technician when he serviced our HVAC system. He took time to explain the results of his inspection and was clearly a genuine guy - just like all the techs we've met from Covenant. I cannot recommend this trustworthy team enough.

Last summer (2024) our a/c quit cooling as good and it is a 2 year old unit so last minute we called Covenant and they came right out that afternoon did a quick repair (it really just needed cleaned because it was dusty in my area) but they went above and beyond, we signed up for a yearly maint. plan where they come out and make sure everything is fine tuned and working properly.) they came out today for our spring tune up, did a thorough job, didnt try to up sale me which i love and communicated well. Thank you would recommend actually already did to my boss with 4 more units for them to come take care of. Yall are great thank you.
