I can't thank Covenant and Luis enough. Our AC unit froze up and they were able to come the same day. They have provided maintenance on my unit for the last few years and this was my first visit from Luis. Luis was very friendly, respectful, and thorough in his assessment. Although this was at the very end of his day, he stayed around until 8:30 in the rain and in the dark to make sure the job was done correctly. He went above and beyond my expectations! I have asked the Covenant office to make sure Luis is my tech moving forward.

Had Mac come out on 5/1/25 for our AC not working. He found the problem in less than 20 minutes, provided a solutions, showed us how and why our AC was broken, and quoted us for work. He explained what the labels on everything meant and showed us on his machine the readings coming back to him. He was polite and respectful of our home. Despite him coming out at almost 10 due to our emergency, he got the job done quickly and correctly even in the dark. 5 STARS +1 IF POSSIBLE. Thanks Mac
We have used Covenant for years and they have always been great. Very professional, courteous, and they communicate very well and prompt. I highly recommend them. Just got our spring tune up today!
This was our first time using this company and I had a really great experience! They have emergency on call service so I didn't have to wait until the next day. Mac was the service tech that came out and he was very thorough and professional!! Highly recommend!
