I was very satisfied with my service that was completed on 10/15/24. Technician Paul had done a great job, not only in fixing my HVAC problems, but also his courtesy and willingness too explain the service he provided. He definitely performed at 5 Star excellence.

I had my autumn maintenance done. The technician was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Covenant has always been very responsive and good at communicating when I have had an issue. Very happy with them.

This was my first experience with Covenant and I couldn't be more happy. My initial appointment had to be moved due to weather - they called me in plenty of time and re-booked for the next day. The communication the day of service was excellent, the technician was nice, professional, and did a great job. Additionally, I asked him about an issue with the duct work making a popping sound and he took time to look at it and helped remedy the problem - and this wasn't at all what the appointment was for! I glad to have found Covenant and look forward to working with them in the future.
Awesome service and reasonable cost. Highly recommend their preventative maintenance plan. I bought it when I had a repair done. Ended up needing it. Needed additional repairs due to a leak and they charged me nothing for 3 issues.
