Chad was our service provider and he was great. He explained what he was going to do and when he was done he explained everything that he had done. We have the service plan for Two maintenance calls per year and find it very worthwhile.
Scheduling was easy, and Chris showed up at the exact time scheduled my spring maintenance appointment. Chris was friendly and efficient and answered every question I had about my unit. He did an outstanding job!
