Technician came on time, was courteous and perform the maintenance services.
Stuart from Covenant Heating and Cooling came out for our Spring check-up, and was great. Very thorough, and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Very satisfied, and happy with our choice in going with Covenant Heating and Cooling.
Joshua was on time for the AC maintenance appointment. He was quick, pleasant, and informative regarding the condition of my AC units. I'm very happy with the service provided.

I can't thank Covenant and Luis enough. Our AC unit froze up and they were able to come the same day. They have provided maintenance on my unit for the last few years and this was my first visit from Luis. Luis was very friendly, respectful, and thorough in his assessment. Although this was at the very end of his day, he stayed around until 8:30 in the rain and in the dark to make sure the job was done correctly. He went above and beyond my expectations! I have asked the Covenant office to make sure Luis is my tech moving forward.
