Paul did a great job and was very thoughtful to explain how things worked and the work he was doing. Came out to make sure we would have heat with the onset of all the cold weather.
Mac did a great job providing the service we needed. He cleared up some confusion and need up saving us money.
Paul came out for a routine check for $99 (which is the cost for 2 maintenance inspections per year). He explained everything to me, gave me great advice and was thorough in his inspection + explanation of maintenance schedule.

Wyatt is the most fun person to talk to and work with while he was servicing my AC unit. He's very knowledgeable and knows how to treat customers. I love Covenant anyway. They have the best customer service and annual plan in the area.
