Came diagnosed and fixed non working gas logs. Showed up within 3 hours of calling. Polite, knowledgeable, and great service. took about an hour after two others had looked at it and could not figure it out. The others were limited in their knowledge and said I needed to call someone who does this regularly, glad I did because Covenant said they were installed improperly and corrected it while getting it working.
Service Tech (Josh) was excellent
We have used Covenant for a number of years and have always been pleased with their work. Today was no exception, Joshua and his partner responded for a heating system issue and were able to identify and correct the problem in short order. They arrived when we were told and were both very pleasant and efficient. I continue to recommend Covenant without reservation.
The Covenant Heating and Cooling team always arrived exactly when they said they would. They did an excellent job installing my new unit and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be calling them for all of my HVAC needs.

We have been using Covenant for many years, and they have been great to us. All the service reps are very professional. We have had over a dozen of their guys come out over the years, and they have all been excellent. They have gone above and beyond to save us during an emergency situation as well. Highly recommend. They aren't the cheapest, but the quality of service and trustworthiness are worth every extra penny for my family.
Joshua came out yesterday to trouble-shoot an issue with an HVAC unit. He was very thorough and was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. What I appreciated was his friendliness, professionalism, and ability to help us understand the issue and how he resolved it. He is a good communicator and great technician. Thankfully, the unit was still under warranty....
Josh was great and very efficient and helpful and was great at answering all of my questions.
