Covenant and the technician, Josh, who came out today far exceeded our expectations. With the recent heat wave our AC started misbehaving. Covenant came out Thursday and thought they resolved the issue. The AC still was not acting right, but we could not figure out if we were misusing it or if it still had something wrong because it was not keeping up. On Sunday we decided to get Covenant back out. Since the AC was still somewhat functional, instead of calling, I put in a written appointment request on their website on Sunday explaining the situation and requesting service on Monday. Josh was out at our house on Sunday within 90 minutes of me putting in the request. He identified the root cause and had a temporary fix done where the AC is now fully functional until the replacement part needed can come in. We are new owners of a 20yr old house with a 7yr AC system. We really appreciate the quick responses that Covenant has provided each time we have needed to reach out to them. Their regular maintenance prices and repair prices have been extremely reasonable. We beyond satisfied with the quality of service, detailed explanations, and quick responses from Covenant and most specifically their owner John and today's technician, Josh.

AC stopped working on the hottest day. Got a recommendation to call Covenant. Chris called to say he'd be here in 20 and arrived in 19. Had it up and running in under 30 min. Can't thank or recommend them enough.
Tech called when he was on his way and arrived at the start of the 2 hour service they allowed. Both techs were polite and worked quickly, leaving no messes. Great service!!!
Woke up to no air conditioning at the beginning of a heat wave in Hendersonville! Called my Covenant people and the problem was fixed by lunch.

The young man that came to service my HVAC system was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and customer friendly. He explained everything as he went along and pointed out things to help me maintain a well working system. I would recommend him to service anyone's HVAC system.
Josh and Jacob came with last minute notice Friday afternoon, they were incredibly professional and got my AC up and running!
